Jagtar Singh Tara attended RSS Punjab chief Rulda Singh case hearing through video conferencing

Patiala, Punjab: Bhai Jagtar Singh Tara, who is confined in Chandigarh Model Jail (Burail), was presented on July 30 before a Patiala court through video conferencing in Rashtriya Sikh Sangat (RSS) president Rulda Singh murder case.

Jagtar Singh Tara’s lawyer advocate Baljinder Singh Sodhi was also present in the court. The court reportedly handed over a copy of a chargesheet against Jagtar Singh Tara to Advocate Baljinder Singh Sodhi with the accent of Bhai Tara.
It may be recalled that Rulda Singh was shot dead by some identified persons in 2009. Five persons charged in this case were acquitted by a Patiala court on the 27th of February 2015.
