Chandigarh: This is a detailed report by the Sikh Siyasat News on aftermath of police firing on Sikhs in Kotkapura and Behbal Kalan on October 14, 2015. Notably Punjab Observed shut down on October 15 in protest against police failure to arrest culprits responsible for sacrilege of Guru Granth Sahib at Bargari village (OCt. 12) and killing of Sikhs by the police at Behbal Kalan village (Oct. 14).
