Chandigarh: Karan Sandhu, son of Punjab unit Aam Adami Party (AAP) leader and former journalist Kanwar Sandhu died at the PGI due to heart failure here today.
While referring to the family sources the media reported that 35-year-old Karan Sandhu was rushed to the emergency ward of the institute early in the morning, where he passed away at five in the morning.
The cremation was attended by a large number of people, including Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and AAP leader HS Phoolka.
Punjab Congress president Capt Amarinder Singh condoled the death.In his message, Amarinder Singh expressed grief over the untimely death and conveyed sympathies to the bereaved family.
