Bollywood actor Amir Khan’s latest movie ‘PK’ has turned micro blogging website Twitter into a ‘warzone’. Hindutva elements and various Hindu organizations are calling for boycott of the movie. Hindu organizations are maintaining that the PK movie shows Hindu gods, particularly lord ‘Shiv’ into ‘bad light’.
Amir Khan’s recent release ‘PK’ seems to be caught in to controversy as various Hindu organizations are opposing the movie saying that it offends their sentiments and shows Hindu gods in ‘bad-light’.
“PK” is latest movie from director Rajkumar Hirani. It's being screened worldwide on 4844 screens. Starring Amir Khan, ‘PK’ is getting massive response from viewers. Most of the movie reviewers have recommend PK as a 'mustwatch'. But a short note wrote two Sikh individuals named Jatinderpal Singh and Jaswinder Singh maintains that “PK shows Sikhs in bad light”.
Mumbai, India: Indian films star Amitabh Bachchan has been summoned by Los Angeles Federal Court for instigating the 1984 call for violence against the Sikh community. Bachchan is accused of raising “blood for blood” slogan on 31st October 1984 after Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi was shot dead by her two bodyguards who happened to be Sikhs.
