Khalsa University gets Badal Cabinet nod; Capt. announces to reverse move

The Punjab Cabinet gave its nod to the setting up of Khalsa University in Amritsar last evening. The decision was announced after a meeting of Punjab Cabinet held at Chandigarh under the Chairmanship of Punjab CM Parkash Singh Badal.
