Sikh political prisoners Bhai Jagtar Singh Tara and Bhai Ramandeep Singh Goldy on Thursday (July 26) were presented before a local court in Patiala in Rulda Singh murder case.
A Patiala court yesterday framed charges against by Jagtar Singh Tara and Ramandeep Singh Goldy in former Rashtriya Sikh Sangat (RSS) chief Rulda Singh murder case.
Patiala, Punjab: Media reports say Ramandeep Singh Goldy was remanded in five-day police custody by Patiala Judicial Magistrate First Class Jagmeet Singh on November 14. Police says that he was arrested last week from the Chennai airport in connection with the murder of the Rashtriya Sikh Sangat state president Rulda Singh in 2009. The controversial Rashtriya Sikh Sangat is an affiliate of the Hindutva fountainhead Rashtriya Swayamseak Sangh (RSS).
