London, United Kingdom (May 07, 2013): According to information shared by Bhai Dabinderjit Singh of Sikh Federation UK, a meeting of various UK Sikh bodies and Gurudwara Committees was held on May 05, 2013 to discuss the issue of opposition to the naming of Saka June 1984 memorial after the name of Sant Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale and other martyrs of June 1984.

Canberra, Australia (April 23, 2013): According to a news reported by Qaumi Awaaz Punjabi Radio, hundreds of Sikhs from across the Australia gathered in front of the High Commission of India in Canberra to protest against the suspected execution of Sikh political prisoner Prof. Devender Pal Singh Bhullar. Prof Bhullar, who was considered to be one of the brilliant minds in Sikh militant movement, had been on death row for last decade.
San Francisco (April 21, 2013): The German Consulate in San Francisco promised the brother of condemned Professor Davinderpal Singh Bhullar that the German government opposes the death penalty in all circumstances during a meeting on April 18, 2013.

New York (April 2, 2013): In response to the Sikh Rights group’s Genocide Petition tabled before Obama Administration in December 2012, the White House condemned the 1984 systematic violence against Sikhs, a religious minority in India.
Washington, United States (April 02, 2013): It is learnt that the White House has responded to a petition moved by Human Rights and advocacy group "Sikhs for Justice" (SJF), seeking recognition to the fact of Sikh genocide 1984. During November 1984 thousands of innocent Sikhs were massacred during a state-sponsored genocide of Sikhs in Delhi and elsewhere in India.
