New Delhi, India (July 29, 2013): It is learnt that the Sikh genocide survivor and witness against Sajjan Kumar, Bibi Bhagwani, died in wait of justice for her two sons killed in November 1984 on 27 July, 2013. Bibi Bhagwani wife of late S. Sewa Singh was residing at Sultanpuri area of Delhi.
Delhi, India (July 06, 2013): It is learnt that the victims-cum-survivors of the Delhi Cantonment Area Massacre have challenged the acquittal of Congress Party leader Sajjan Kumar in a November 1984 massacre related case in the Delhi High Court.
Rewari, Haryana (July 06, 2013): It is learnt that the Justice T.P. Garg commission, that is 'investigating' the Hondh-Chillar Massacre of November 1984, held a hearing on July 05, 2013 that was attended by members of the Hondh Chillar Co-ordination Committee, besides the victims of the Hondh-Chillar Massacre.
New Delhi, India (May 15, 2013): Bibi NirpreetKaur, a witness against Congress leader Sajjan Kumar who sat on a fast at Jantar Mantar in Delhi for six days to protest against Sajjan's acquittal by a Delhi court, has written a very strong worded letter to Akal Takht Jathedar Giani Gurbachan Singh.

Ottawa, Canada (April 30, 2013): The World Sikh Organization of Canada expresses its disappointment with the not-guilty verdict pronounced by a Delhi court in the case of Sajjan Kumar, a senior Congress leader and former MP who was accused of orchestrating the massacre of Sikhs in November 1984.
New Delhi, India (February 28, 2013): It is learnt that the families of the victims of Sikh genocide 1984 held a protest outside Karkardooma CBI court in Delhi on February 26, 2013 against the denial of justice the victims and survivors of the November 1984 massacres.
New Delhi, India (February 14, 2013): Victims of 1984 genocidal violence against Sikhs reportedly alleged in a Delhi court on February 12, 2013 that the CBI had conducted an "unfair probe" in a case against Congress leader Jagdish Tytler and sought further investigation to ascertain his role in the killing of three persons in the massacre.

Haryana, India (August 04, 2012): After discovery of mass graves at Hondh-Chillar and Haily Mandi, in yet another heart wrenching discovery, two more ethnically cleansed sites from the November 1984 Sikh Genocidal have been discovered in the state of Haryana by All India Sikh Students Federation (AISSF) and Sikhs for Justice (SFJ).
