A US citizen, who faces a complaint under section 295-A of the Indian Penal Code, has filed a petition in the Punjab and Haryana High Court challenging (so-called) monopoly of Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) for printing/ preparing Saroops of Guru Granth Sahib.
