US Elections: Donald Trump is 45th U.S. President; Hillary Clinton concedes defeat

New York: Donald Trump has been elected President of the United States. The Republican nominee won on Wednesday after capturing Wisconsin’s 10 electoral votes, putting him over the 270 threshold.
According to the CNN, Hillary Clinton has concedes to defeat.
