Copy of Complaint moved against Punjab police officers in Portugal

Chandigarh: A criminal complaint has been lodged with Portuguese Attorney General against the Indian police officers on the charges of torture and murder who are in Lisbon to seek extradition of Sikh activist Paramjeet Singh Pamma.
