NIA special court here today dismissed bail application moved by arrested Scottish citizen Jagtar Singh Johal alia Jaggi in a case pertaining to alleged attack on Amit Arora. Jagtar Singh Johal's counsel Advocate Jaspal Singh Manjhpur said that the NIA special court has dismissed the bail plea.
