Rawalpindi, Pakistan: It is learnt that the building of a Sikh Gurdwara Sahib was demolished in Thoha Khalsa near Rawalpindi in Pakistan. A journalist named Shiraz Hassan extended this information over micro-blogging network Twitter.

As per Shiraz Hassan’s Twitter profile, he is a BBC multimedia journalist, a feature writer and photographer.
Sikhs had left Thoha Khalsa village in March 1947 after suffering a grave massacre in which hundreds of Sikhs were killed by Muslims and around 90 Sikh women, who had jumped in a well to save their honour had drowned to death.
