Being District Magistrate of Bhai Gurmeet Singh's home down, Patiala Deputy Commissioner was required to send a mandatory report to Chandigarh administration as the later is considering Bhai Gurmeet Singh's case for premature release on the directions of Punjab and Haryana High Court.
