Copy of Memorandum Submitted by Campaigners of Black Week Against Chitta to Punjab CM Capt. Amarinder Singh

Chandigarh: Punjab CM Capt. Amarinder Singh today held a meeting with a group of social media campaigners and organizers of “Black Week Against Chitta”. The group included Dr. Bhupinder Singh, Hakam Singh, Baltej Pannu and Baljinder Singh (alias Mintoo Gurusaria).

According to the CMO statement: [the group] welcomed the stern steps taken by the Captain Amarinder Singh government, which they said had brought about a perceptible change in the public mood and perception about the issue.
The group also submitted a written memorandum on drug issue to Punjab CM. The copy of memorandum reads as follows:
