NIA Gets Non-Bailable Arrest Warrants of Gurjant Singh Australia, Harmeet Singh PhD, 2 Other

SAS Nagar/Chandigarh: An NIA special court in SAS Nagar (Mohali) issued ‘non-bailable arrest warrants’ of Gurjant Singh Australia, Harmeet Singh @ PhD, Gursharanbir Singh and Gurjinder Singh Shastri.
The warrants were issued by the NIA special court of judge Nirbhau Singh Gill on Tuesday (August 21) on the request of National Investigation Agency (NIA).
According to documents submitted by the NIA in Mohali based special court, Gurjant Singh Dhillon s/o Harbhag Singh resident of VPO Behlolpur, Samrala (Punjab) is now residing in Australia.

The NIA maintained that Harmeet Singh PhD is residing in Lahore (Pakistan) while Gursharanbir Singh in United Kingdom (UK) and Gurjinder Singh Shastri in Italy.
NIA has filed various chargesheets against these four persons, besides arrested Scottish citizen Jagtar Singh Johal alias Jaggi, Taljit Singh Jimmy, Hardeep Singh Shera, Ramandeep Singh Bagga and others.
Gurjant Singh Australia, who is active on social media, has denied all the allegations levelled by the NIA.
