Amritsar: The Shiromani Gurdwara Prabhandak Committee (SGPC) has invited passports from Sikh devotees for yatra to Pakistan based historic Sikh Gurdwaras.
The SGPC said in a press release issued on Monday (27 March) that Sikh devotees who are willing to visit Gurdwaras in Pakistan to mark Shaheedi Gurpurab of Guru Arjan Ji and barsi of Maharaja Ranjit Singh should submit their passport at SGPC’s Amritsar Head office before April 5 along with recommendation of their respective local SGPC member/s.
“Applicants should also submit a copy of their identification proofs such as Adhaar Card, PAN Card or Voter Card besides”, reads the statement.
The SGPC said that aspirants may also seek information over telephone numbers: 0183-2553957, 58 or 59.
