Bathinda, Punjab (February 27, 2014): In a recent media interaction Dr. Sumail Singh Sidhu, convenor of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP)'s election campaign in Punjab claimed that his party has support of Dera Sacha Sauda (Sirsa) followers in Punjab.
Dabwali (October 10, 2013): After the decision of Suman court acquitting all accused dera Sirsa followers in the Bhai Kamaljit Singh Sunam's murder case; a Sirsa court on October 10 acquitted all five dera Sirsa followers in Bhai Harmandar Singh Dabwali's murder case; whereas earlier (in July 2013) a Sirsa court had sentenced 7 Sikhs to 10 years imprisonment each while holding them liable for damaging the properties of Dera Sirsa followers following the murder of Bhai Harmandar Singh.
Suman, Punjab (October 01, 2013): It is learnt that on September 30, 2013 a trial court of Sunam acquitted 14 Dera Sauda Sirsa followers in Bhai Kamaljit Singh Sunam's murder case.
Dabwali/Sirsa (July 29, 2013): A court of additional sessions and district judge of Sirsa has pronounced it's decision in a 2008 case related to a Dabwali incident, where a clash had took place between the Dera Sauda Sirsa followers and the Sikhs. The court has reportedly sentenced seven Sikhs to under go imprisonment of 7 years each.
Gidderbaha,Punjab (May 16, 2013): It is learnt that Badal Dal's Shiromani Gurudwara Prabhandak Committee member Navtej Singh Kauni was again spotted at a Dera Sauda Sirsa function on May 16, 2013. He is a member of SGPC from Doda constituency.
Bathinda, Punjab (February 22, 2013): It is learnt that Dera Sauda Sirsa (DSS) chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim has been exempted from personal appearance in a case of blasphemy under Section 295-A (Indian Penal Code) against him.
Chandigarh, Haryana (February 17, 2013): It is learnt that the rape trial against Dera Sauda Sirsa chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh began on February 16, 2013 as the Punjab and Haryana high court dismissed the application of the victim against calling her to the CBI special court, Haryana, for giving specimen signatures and handwriting.
Bathinda, Punjab (February 11, 2013): As per reports "in what comes as major setback to Dera Sacha Sauda Sirsa chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim, a local court has upheld orders of Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) Bathinda, in which the Dera chief had been directed to appear before a local court on February 22, 2013".
Dabwali, Haryana (December 27, 2012): It is learnt that a magistrate's court at Dabwali has sent Panthic Sewa Lehar patron and Sant Samaj leader Baljit Singh Daduwal to 14-day judicial custody on December 26, 2012. It is notable that Baba Daduwal was detained by Amritsar immigration authorities at Guru Ram Dass International Airport, Amritsar upon his arrival from London, England.
Sirsa, Haryana (November 26, 2012): It is learnt that Paramilitary forces have been deployed in Sirsa town of Haryana on Sunday (November 25, 2012). According to administration the deployment of Paramilitary forces would help Haryana Police to maintain law and order.

The organization on Sunday slammed the Congress governments for its patronization to the head of the Sirsa cult.

Sirsa/Haryana (November 20, 2012): According to reports the police has arrested three persons in connection with an attack on five Sikhs by Dera Sauda Sirsa followers near Jiwan Nagar.
Sirsa/Haryana (November 20, 2012): A day after an incident of attack by Dera Sauda Sirsa (DSS) followers on Sikhs near Jiwan Nagar (Sirsa) on November 18, 2012; in which two Sikhs were injured, the Sikhs are reported to have organized a meeting at Gurdwara Dasam Patshahi on November 18, 2012 and gave an ultimatum to the police administration to arrest those behind the attack.

[...] “The feud over showing black flags to the Dera Sacha Sauda chief two days ago has turned uglier with some dera followers attacking five persons returning to their village. Over 1,000 supporters of the dera later blocked the National Highway 10 at Sirsa in protest against the registration of criminal cases after the attack”.
Moga/Punjab (September 23, 2012): In a recent court verdict 34 followers of Dera Sauda Sirsa (DSS) are sentenced to 3 years imprisonment each for indulging in arson, causing damage to public property and ordered to pay fine of Rs. 5000 each. Another accused Agya Pal Singh has reportedly been acquitted in the absence of concrete evidence against him.
Bathinda, Punjab (February 04, 2012): The complainant in a case against Dera Sauda Sirsa (DSS) head Gurmit Ram Rahim informed a local court yesterday (February 03) that the Punjab police had presented a fake affidavit in his name to seek quashing of the case.
