Chandigarh (February 24, 2011): Sikhs for Justice and AISSF have moved the Punjab and Haryana High Court demanding a judicial probe into the horrific killing of Sikhs in village Hondh-Chillar in Rewari District, Haryana on November 2, 1984.
Ludhiana (February 23, 2011): The discovery facts of the Hondh Massacre have once again confirmed that a high level conspiracy was hatched to exterminate Sikhs during November 1984 Sikh Genocide and administrative faculties and facilities were put at the disposal of perpetrators and executors.
Chanigarh (February 22, 2011): The Sikh organizations under the aegis of the Khalsa Action Committee on Monday submitted a memorendum Bhupinder Singh Hooda Chief Minister of Haryana regarding anti-Sikh carnage and mayhem at village Hond Chillarh on 2 November 1984.
Bathinda (February 21, 2011): Uttam Singh (70), one of the survivors of this massacre, who now lives in Bathinda (Punjab), has recalled the memories of November 2, 1984. The news reports of coming into light of the Hondh Massacre have refreshed his wounds.

Chandigarh (February 21, 2011): [A]fter discovering mass Grave of Sikhs killed in November 1984 in village Hondh-Chillar, District Rewari, Haryana, All India Sikh Students Federation (AISSF) & Sikhs For Justice (SFJ) declared to preserve village Hondh-Chillar as “Sikh Genocide Memorial” site and appealed to sikh community to reach village Hondh-Chillar on March 6th, 2011.
Amritsar (February 21, 2011): More than 26 years have passed since the incidents of mass level organized violance against the Sikhs in November 1984 but investigations have taken place in district Rewari (Haryana) incident that had resulted in complete destruction of Sikh village.
A mass Grave of Sikhs killed in November 1984 has been discovered after 26 years in village Hondh-Chillar, District Rewari, Haryana. The village was inhabited by several Sikh families and on November 02, 1984 in an organized and well planned attack, the entire village was burnt along with its Sikh population and Gurudwara.
Ludhiana (February 02, 2011): A 'default order' issued by a District Court in the United States against Union Minister Mr. Kamal Nath has once again brought the question of sovereign and diplomatic immunity into domestic and international debates. The case at hand concerns the legal proceedings initiated against Nath at the New York Federal District Court by the plaintiff, an NGO named Sikhs for Justice. The plaintiff alleges that that Nath, among others, is a person suspected of having been involved in the infamous Anti-Sikh riots of 1984.
New York (February 02, 2011): Demand of Sikhs for "no immunity" to Kamal Nath in pending case before US Court (10-cv-2940 Sikhs for Justice v. Kamal Nath) got the attention of International Human Rights Organizations when "Asian Human Rights Commission" (AHRC) in its recent statement supported the cause of justice for November 1984 victims and stated that "it is equally the responsibility of both governments to investigate, prosecute and punish crimes against humanity" and "the nature of charges against Kamal Nath prevents the Government of India and the United States Government from taking refuge in sovereign immunity in Nath's case".
New Delhi (January 27, 2011): Hundreds of victims and widows of November 1984 staged a protest against Government of India’s efforts to save Minister Kamal Nath from trial in United States and demanded that Kamal Nath be dismissed from Ministership.
New York (January 24, 2011): Indian Government is exposed with regard to human rights issue by its efforts to get diplomatic immunity from U.S. for Minister Kamal Nath in Sikh Genocide Case pending against him in the US Court.
Takhtupura/Moga (January 15, 2011): Sikh bodies, Sikhs for Justice, November 1984 Sikh Genocide Justice Committee and All India Sikh Students Federation (Peer Mohammad), have urged Punjab Government led by Shiromani Akali Dal (Badal) to adopt a resolution acknowledging events of November 1984 as the Sikh Genocide.
Amrtisar (January 6, 2011): Under the patronage of Sri Akal Takhat Sahib “All India Sikhs Students Federation” (AISSF) and “Sikhs For Justice” (SFJ) a US based human right advocacy group started “Justice Campaign” to collect facts, figures, documents and evidence related to Sikh Genocide which will be part of the “1503 Petition” to be filed before the U.N. Human Rights Commission (UNHRC) in November 2011.
New Delhi (January 06, 2010): A woman witness today identified senior Indian leader Sajjan Kumar, belonging to the ruling Congress Party, and others before a Delhi court and related how her father was killed by a mob in the 1984 Sikh massacre following the assassination of the then Prime Minister Indira Gandhi.
Ludhiana (December 08, 2010): In a press release sent by Sikhs for Justice it is informed that "[t]o commemorate the Universal Human Right Day, On December 10, 2010, All India Sikhs Students Federation (AISSF) and Sikhs for Justice (SFJ) will launch 'Sikh Insaaf Lehar' an international campaign under the patronage of Sri Akal Takhat Sahib, to collect signatures on '1503 Petition' which will be filed before United Nations Human Rights Commission (UNHRC).
Amritsar (November 19, 2010): All India Sikh Students Federation have decided to organize a peaceful candle march on International Human Rights Day, 10th of December in evening at Amritsar (Sri Akaltakht Sahib) to raise voice against people who were involved in killing of Sikhs in November 1984 Sikh Genocide.
