London, UK: A press release by the Federation of Sikh Organizations UK (FSO, UK) has maintained that Sikh representatives from more than two dozen countries will be participating in World Sikh Summit, to be held on November 01 at Guru Nanak Gurdwara Sahib in Smethwick, UK.
FSO co-ordinators Bhai Kuldip Singh Chaheru, Bhai Loveshinder Singh Dallewal and Bhai Joga Singh said in the press release that a Special Delegate Session of Sikh orgnaizations will be held on October 31 from 3 to 7 pm in which representatives of the Sikh bodies would deliberate on saddening and painful incidents of beadbi of Guru Granth Sahib besides other issues like ensuring supremacy of Sri Akal Takhat Shaib, norms for appointment of Takhat Jathedars and related matters, establishment of sovereign Sikh state and role of diaspora in the Sikh struggle.
Sikh leaders said that an International Convention will be held on November 01. They urged all diaspora Sikh organizations to keep aside the differences and participate in the summit.
