Indian PM seeks report from I&B Ministry on certification of Sadda Haq movie

New Delhi, India (April 07, 2013): According to certain media reports Indian Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh has asked the information and broadcasting ministry to look into the matter that how the Sadda Haq movie was cleared by Film Certification Appellate Tribunal (FCAT) and send a detailed report.

The film was released worldwide on Friday, April 5. However, a day ahead of the release of the film on Thursday (April 4), Punjab government decided to ban the film fearing communal tension.
