Badal Dal MLA Hari Singh Zira protest for being ignored for cabinet berth, media reports

Moga, Punjab (June 09, 2014): Protesting against being ignored in expanding cabinet by Punjab chief minister Parkash Singh Badal, Shiromani AKali Dal (Badal) MLA from Zira constituency in Ferozpur district has threatened to resign on Monday evening.

As a report published by Babushahi news portal, Zira MLA is upset over not taking him in the cabinet. Punjab CM is going to expand his cabinet on June 10. MLA Tota Singh, Sohan Singh Thandal and Dr Daljeet Singh Chima are the lucky names, who are going to swear in as cabinet ministers of the state.
There are rumours that MLA, his son Avtar Singh and his wife Jaswinder Kaur also threatened to resign from various posts of Akali Dal and the state government.
Later on, a spokesman of chief minister’s office stated that Hari Singh did not resign from his post.
