Court appearance of Bhai Jagtar Singh Hawara in 3 cases via Video Conferencing today

Ludhiana: Advocate Jaspal Singh Manjhpur, council of Sikh political prisoner Bhai Jagtar Singh Hawara, told Sikh Siyasat News (SSN) that Bhai Jagtar Singh Hawara would be attending court appearance in three cases today in Ludhiana courts via video conferencing.

Notably, this is first court appearance of Bhai Jagtar Singh Hawara after he was announced as Jathedar of Akal Takhat Sahib by organisers of the Sarbat Khalsa 2015.
“There is court appearance in three cases. One was has already been committed by the lower court to the court of Additional Sessions Judge Dinesh Kumar. Two cases would be heard by the court of CJM Harpreet Kaur, of which the police is likely to file chargesheet in one case while the other case is expected to be committed to sessions court”.
