Ludhiana Police gets Remand of Taljit Singh @ Jimmy Singh in Ravinder Gosain Case

Ludhiana: The Ludhiana police presented Taljit Singh @ Jimmy Singh before a duty magistrate and received his police remand for 3 days. Taljit Singh @ Jimmy Singh who was arrested by Punjab police from IGI Airport in Delhi after his arrival from England on October 31 was committed to judicial custody by a Baghapurana court yesterday.
Jimmy was presented before the duty magistrate Dr. Susheel Bodh at around 7 pm under FIR No. 442/2017 u/sections 304, 34 of IPC and 25, 27 of Arms Act. This FIR was registered in relation to the killing of RSS leader Ravinder Gosain on October 17.

Advocate Jaspal Singh Manjhpur said that no person was presented before the court at Ludhiana judicial complex in this case till 5 pm and he was informed by the police in late evening about court appearance of Jimmy Singh/Taljit Singh before a duty magistrate at his residence.
Advo. Manjhpur said that the family members of Jimmy Singh are informed about his police remand in this case.
