New Book “Azaadnama” Released in Perth city of Australia

Perth, Australia: A new book titled “Azaadnama” was released in Perth during an event organized by Sikh Sewak Jatha and Punjab Youth Federation of Western Australia on Sunday (Nov. 19). The book was jointly released by local Sikh personalities. According to the organizers of the event, the book’s title “Azaadnama” caught the attention of the readers.

Notably, “Azaadnama” is compilation of letters written by Shaheed Bhai Sukhdev Singh Sukha and Shaheed Bhai Harjinder Singh Jinda from Yerawada Central Jail, Pune before their Shahadat (martyrdom) on 9th of October 1992.

This book has brought into light many unpublished letters of Bhai Sukha-Jinda.

Co-edited by Parmjeet Singh Gazi (editor of Sikh Siyasat News) and Ranjeet Singh, Azaadnama is published by Bibekgarh Parkashan.
