Punjab Problems Are Result of Intentional Interference of The Indian State: Bhai Mandhir Singh

Punjab Bachao, Pind Bachao Committee on July 29, 2018, held a discussion on Topic “Panchayat Elections, Village and Gram Sabha” in Chandigarh ahead of Village Panchayat Elections in Punjab. Taking part in discussion, Sikh Youth Leader, Bhai Mandhir Singh discussed various hurdles in implementation of Gram Sabha. He said that the problems which Punjab is facing are result of deliberate interference of the Indian state and the state has gripped Punjab to such an extent that it was not possible to fix the problems through reformative measures.
