Amritsar, Punjab (August 27, 2012): Ajay Devgan's upcoming movie “Son of Sardar” has more trouble to face as Karnail Singh Peermohammad, President of All India Sikh Students Federation (Peermohammad) has sought intervention of Giani Gurbachan Singh, Jathedar Sri Akal Takhat Sahib against objectionable parts of the controversial movie.

Pataudi, Haryana (July 28, 2012): While investigation into the Killings of Sikhs at Village Hondh-Chillar has yet to begin and Within days of Justice Garg’s visit to village Hondh-Chillar, All India Sikh Students Federation (AISSF) and Sikhs for Justice (SFJ) have unearthed another Sikh Genocide site at Haily Mandi - Pataudi, Haryana where more than 28 Sikhs were killed in systematic, organized and well planned attack during November 1984.

Hissar (July 02, 2012): A delegation of survivors of Hondh, Pataudi and Gurgaon headed by Karnail Singh Peermohammad President of All India Sikh Students Federation (AISSF - Peermohammad), appeared before Garg Commission to present the evidence related to November 1984 genocidal attacks on Sikh population. Survivors, AISSF and Sikh for Justice (SFJ) demanded that Justice Garg should visit the ruins of genocidal sites at Hondh, Pataudi and Gurgaon. The delegation also demanded that Commission should take action on FIR No. 91 dated November 03, 1984 and issue arrest warrant of persons named in that FIR.

Chandigarh/New Delhi (June 29, 2012): A press released sent on behalf of Karnail Singh Peer Mohammad, President of AISSF (Peer Mohammad) claims that encouraged by the recent stand taken by Government of India seeking clemency for Sarabjit Singh who is on “Death Row” in Pakistan, All India Sikh Students Federation (AISSF) and “Sikhs For Justice” (SFJ) announced to renew its efforts for commutation of death sentence of Professor Devenderpal Singh Bhullar and other Sikhs who are on death row in India. Ever since Government of India recommended execution of Professor Bhullar, AISSF and SFJ has been canvassing for the commutation of his sentence based on humanitarian grounds as Prof. Bhullar has been in solitary confinement for seventeen years and is admitted in the hospital.

Justice TP Garg is heading the one man Commission set up the by State of Haryana on March 05, 2011 in response to the discovery of Mass Grave in village Hondh-Chillar, District Rewari wherein several dozen Sikhs were killed and their properties were burnt in November 1984.

Chandigarh (June 15, 2012): All India Sikh Students Federation (AISSF - Peer Mohammad) and Sikh for Justice (SFJ) blamed Congress ruled State of Haryana for defying the Orders of Punjab and Haryana High Court extending the ambit of Justice T.P. Garg Commission to include additional areas. The April 27 order of the Acting Chief Justice MM Kumar and Justice Alok Singh directed the State of Haryana to enlarge the terms of reference of Justice T.P. Garg Commission so that the claims of the victims belonging to the areas of Patuadi or any other area of District Gurgaon are also considered by the said Commission.

Chandigarh, Punjab (April 26, 2012): All India Sikh Students Federation (Peer Mohammad) and Sikhs for Justice (SFJ) demanded that CBI should file additional criminal case against Congress leader Sajjan Kumar for his role in the killings of Gurcharan Singh Rishi, Santokh Singh and Sohan Singh Kohli. On November 01, 1984, Rishi a resident of , Gulab Bagh Colony, village Nawada Nazafgarh Road, New Delhi was thrown into a burning truck by the mob incited by Congress Leaders Sajjan Kumar. Rishi remained bed ridden for 25 years due to burn injuries before succumbing in February 2009. During the attack on Rishi’s home, his uncle Santokh Singh, who was visiting from Bulandshehar, UP was also killed.

Amritsar, Punjab (March 01, 2012): Challenging the Bachchan’s claim of innocence for his role in 1984 Sikh Genocide, All India Sikh Students Federation (AISSF-Peer Mohammad) dared Bachchan to present his claim of innocence before the Sikh community on the National TV. AISSF President Karnail Singh Peermohammad stated that the Federation will present Bibi Jagdish Kaur and Babu Singh Dukhia who saw Bachchan on Doordarshan raising slogan “khoon ka badla khoon” after the death of Ms. Indira Gandhi. The witnesses’ testimony on how Bachchan instigated the killing of Sikhs in November 1984 will refute Bachchan’s claims of innocence and substantiates claims of victims that Bachchan raised the slogan “Blood for Blood”, added Peermohammad.

New Delhi, India (February 13, 2012): All India Sikh Students Federation (AISSF - PeerMohammad) announced to file a PIL before Delhi High Court challenging the commutation of Kishori Lal's sentence who has been convicted of murdering several Sikhs during November 1984. Lieutenant-Governor (L-G) Tejendra Khanna of Delhi has commuted the life sentence of Kishori Lal on the recommendation of the states Sentence Review Board (SRB). Kishori Lal, a butcher from Trilokpuri area of East Delhi was sentenced to death seven times by the trial court for murdering several Sikhs during November 1984 massacre.
