Akhand Kirtani Jatha (AKJ) leader Bhai R. P. Singh has reportedly filed a defamation lawsuit against Shiromani Akali Dal (Badal) chief Sukhbir Badal.
Bhai Jagtar Singh Hawara's lawyer and spokesperson Advo. Amar Singh Chahal today clarified that Bhai Jagtar Singh Hawara has not resigned from the post of Jathedar.

Duo were released on parole on December 27, 2013 after 44 days long hunger strike protest by Bhai Gurbaksh Singh Khalsa.
