Mohali Police Torture Journalist Major Singh in Police Station

Two ASIs of Mohali police are accused for torturing a senior Punjabi journalist in the police station. Major Singh, district incharge of Punjabi vernacular Rozana Pehredar said that he was covering an issue at Phase 4 Mohali Gurdwara Sahib when ASI Om Parkash and ASI Amar Nath snatched his mobile.

Senior Journalist Major Singh today joined Aam Aadmi Party at Chandigarh in the presence of party's senior leader Sanjay Singh, AAP Punjab Convener Sucha Singh Chhotepur, National organizational building head, Durgesh Pathak and other leaders. Singh worked with a number of vernacular newspapers and was working with ‘Daily Ajit’ before joining the party.
