Aam Aadmi Party(AAP) today released the report of Zora Singh Commission set up to investigate the killing of two persons in police firing on peaceful Sikhs protesting against beadbi of Guru Granth Sahib at Behbal Kalan in Faridkot district on October 14.
As per media reports Justice (retd) Zora Singh, who headed the commission of inquiry into incidents of beadbi of Guru Granth Sahib in Faridkot district and the police firing at Behbal Kalan village, has sought police security from Punjab government.
Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) led by former MP S. Simranjeet Singh Mann today announced to reject the Zora Singh Commission report on Behbal Kalan police firing incident in which two Sikhs were killed by the Punjab police.
Aam Aadmi Party today termed the report submitted by Justice Zora Singh commission in desecration of Guru Granth Sahib and Behbal Kalan police firing incident as bogus and mere eyewash. The party said that the commission was appointed by Badal government to save the real culprits responsible for the incident.
