Amritsar, Punjab (October 20, 2013): It is learnt that Giani Gurbachan Singh, Jathedar of Akal Takht Sahib, has taken notice of Delhi resident Jatinder Singh Sayali who had filed a petition in court against Akal Takht's directives directing former Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC) head Paramjit Singh Sarna to withdraw his petition (from Delhi High Court) against proposal of raising Sikh genocide 1984 memorial in Gurdwara Rakabganj Sahib.
