Appearence of Bhai Bittu and Others in Ludhiana court is due on 8 October, 2009

Bhai Daljit Singh Bittu, A Political Leader of Sikhs in Punjab, Who is being victimized by Indian State and Punjab Government
Ludhiana (October 7, 2009) Bhai Harpal Singh Cheema, Secretary General of Panch Pardhani Dal, informed SikhSiyasat Network that court appearance of Bhai Daljeet Singh Bittu, Advocate Jaspal Singh Manjhpur, Palwinder Singh Chattrana and Gurdeep Singh Raju is due in Ludhiana court on October 8, 2009 as their judicial custody would on this date.
It is notable that on September 24, 2009, the date of previous date of appearance of all Sikhs framed by Ludhiana police under Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967, the police failed to produce others except Bhai Bittu. “We have moved an application in Ludhiana court to seek action against Punjab police for their failure to produced S. JS Manjhpur, Palwinder Singh and Raju.” informed Bhai Cheema.
It is to be seen that wither Punjab Police adhere to its’ previous unlawful practice or all the persons shall be produced before the court. It is interesting to these four persons are lodged in three different jail. Bhai Daljeet Singh Bittu is currently in Amritsar Jail, Gurdeep Singh Raju is in Bathinda Jail while Advocate Manjhpur and Palwinder Singh are in Ludhiana Jial.
