Bhai Jagtar Singh Hawara’s lawyer talks about State Repression after Sarbat Khalsa 2015

Chandigarh: Advocate Amar Singh Chahal, in a special interaction with the Sikh Siyasat News (SSN), said that the Tihar Jail administration denied permissions to Bhai Jagtar Singh Hawara’s council to meet him on November 20th. He said that Advocate Harpal Singh Cheema, who is council of Bhai Jagtar Singh Hawara in a case that is pending in the Supreme Court of India, had went to meet Bhai Hawara to get some information in relation to a case but the Jail authorities unlawfully denied him the permissions to meet Bhai Hawara.
He also talked about state repression against organizers of the Sarbat Khalsa 2015.
