Jagtar Singh Hawara presented before Delhi court in tight security

New Delhi, India (November 10, 2013): As per information, Bhai Jagtar Singh Hawara, who is currently confined in Tihar Jail (Delhi) was produced before a Delhi court under tight security arrangements on November 09. He was presented before the court of judge Daya Parkash in case related to F.I.R. Number 229/05, under section 307 (IPC) at police station Alipur.
According to information Bhai Hawara’s counsel cross-examined the witnesses for about an hour. The court has fixed next date of hearing on 12 and 13 November, 2013.
Bhai Jagtar Singh Hawara issued an appeal to the Sikh masses to vote only for those candidates who are committed to the cause of the Sikh nations. He urged people to refrain from selling their votes in lieu of cast or intoxicants; and boycott the politicians who indulges in these practices to win the elections.
As per information Bhai Harpal Singh Cheema, Gurcharan Singh, Harpreet Singh Rana and others were present in the court room to meet Bhai Jagtar Singh Hawara.
