Amritsar (July 11, 2013): All India Sikh Students Federation (AISSF) has declared to initiate criminal proceedings against former Punjab DGP KPS Gill and Sub Inspector (SI) Surjit Singh for killing innocent Sikhs in “fake encounters” during 1990s.
New Delhi, India (June 19, 2013): Releasing the official reports showing merely 68 conviction against more than 35000 proven cases of violence against Sikhs during November 1984, All India Sikh Students Federation (AISSF) and Sikhs for Justice (SFJ) announced to approach the United Nations urging to take cognizance over the continuous denial of justice to the victims of November 1984 Sikh Genocide.
AISSF and Sikhs for Justice has released India's official data figures related to Sikh Genocide 1984. Chandigarh/ Punjab (April 12, 2013): All India Sikh Students Federation (AISSF) will approach Government of Germany, that deported Professor Devender Pal Singh Bhullar to India where he was facing death sentence, demanding that sentencing Prof. Bhullar to death will be against norms of International Law, as it prohibits deporting an individual to a country which practices death penalty.

Sangrur/ Delhi, Punjab/ India (March 24, 2013): According to some media reports a Sikh named Manpreet Singh, who had reportedly left India in 1999 while, has been arrested at Delhi airport on March 23, 2013. The arrest has been reportedly made by the Punjab police.
Amritsar (March 13, 2013): Sikh Rights group’s All India Sikh Students Federation (AISSF) and “Sikhs for Justice” (SFJ) launched a nationwide campaign “1984 - Yes, It’s Genocide” to collect “Million Signatures” in support of the Sikh “Genocide Petition” to be filed before the United Nations in November. Amritsar, Punjab (March 10, 2013): In a press statement sent to Sikh Siyasat News (SSN) the All India Sikh Students Federation (AISSF) President Karnail Singh Peermohammad has criticized Indian government for confining Sikh prisoner Bhai Jagtar Singh Hawara in a jail cell where Kashmiri youth Afzal Guru was confined before execution. Afzal Guru was reportedly executed by India on February 09, 2013 outside his cell.
New Delhi, India (February 28, 2013): It is learnt that the families of the victims of Sikh genocide 1984 held a protest outside Karkardooma CBI court in Delhi on February 26, 2013 against the denial of justice the victims and survivors of the November 1984 massacres.
