Sri Hazur Sahib, Nanded (February 28, 2013): According to a press release by EcoSikh, Jathedar Sardar Kulwant Singh from Takhat Sri Hazur Sahib has released a message for the Sikhs to plant one tree on the occasion of Sikh Environment Day on March 14 as a token of love for Guru Har Rai Ji, the Seventh Guru on his Gurgaddi Diwas.

New Delhi, India (February 27, 2013): As per media reports a court at Delhi could not hear the final arguments of Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in a November 1984 related case on February 26, 2013 because of a day-long strike by lawyers at Karkardooma court. In this case  Indian politician Sajjan Kumar and five others are facing trial.
