Chandigarh: Sikh Siyasat’s Editor Parmjeet Singh talked to Bhai Mandhir Singh, Sikh youth leader and former general secretary of Akali Dal Panch Pardhani, about Sikh institution of the Sarbat Khalsa and the Sarbat Khalsa 2015.

The first part of the video was primarily focused on principle aspected related to the institution of the Sarbat Khalsa.

This is Second Part of the video focussing mainly on events and issues related to the Sarbat Khalsa 2015. Sikh Siyasat tried to get answers to specific questions related to non-participation of Akali Dal Panch Pardhani (ADPP) to the decision making process of the Sarbat Khalsa 2015.
