According to a news reported by Daily Ajit, the members and supporters of Haryana Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (HSGMC) took over management of Gurdwara Novin Patshahi, Deodi Sahib, Ladhwa and Gurdwara Novin Patshahi, Village Banni Badarpur, Kurukshetra.
In the Supreme Court of India today, a bench headed by Chief Justice RM Lodha, however, turned down the plea for immediate status quo on SGPC row and listed the case for an urgent hearing on August 07.
Situation continues to remain tense at Gurdwara Chhevin Patshahi, Kurukshetra where the supporters of newly formed Haryana Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (HSGMC) are staging Dharna on roadside to take take over control of the Gurdwara Sahib from Shiromani Gurdwara Prabhandak Committee (SGPC).

It is learnt that the leader of Shiromani Akali Dal (Badal), Shiromani Gurdwara Prabhandhak Committee (SGPC) held a secret meeting with leader of Haryana Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (HSGMC) on August 04 at Yamunanagar. The meating was aimed to find a solution of deadlock between the two groups over the management of historic Sikh Gurdwara Sahibs in Haryana.
