Sikh Pracharaks send bowl of blood to Punjab CM after negotiations fail

Sikh pracharaks today sent a bowl of blood for Punjab Chief Minister Mr. Parkash Singh Badal after the negotiations between Sikh pracharaks and the Punjab government failed to yield any results. It is notable that Sikh pracharaks who have been staging a sit-in at Punjab and Chandigarh border near sector 51 had three rounds of negotiation with representatives of the Punjab government but both sides failed to reach any agreement.
